Here is a shot of the New Hope Ivyland train leaving the Lahaska Station bound for New Hope. When the train leaves New Hope, the locomotive is at the front of the train in a normal configuration. When it gets to Lahaska, the locomotive uncouples and passes the coaches on the siding. It then couples to what was the rear of the train. The train heads back to New Hope with the tender leading the way and the locomotive running in reverse.
The Shops at Peddlar’s Villiage are just up the road. It’s not that long of a walk, perhaps less than a mile, but the lack of sidewalks and traffic make it better to drive
