The State of Pennsylvania was late in sending out absentee ballots for the brave men and women from Pennsylvania who are serving in our armed forces. The short take is that Pennsyvania is late in getting the ballots to our soldiers overseas and the rendell administration is refusing the allow any extensions. Rendell is blaming the lack of extensions on a Clinton appointed judge but the concensus is that he could extend the deadline if he wanted to .
