Parx Casino in Bensalem
The Parx Casino is located at 3001 Street Road. Inside the casino you will find Chickie and Petes, a Sports Bar and Club 360. Club 360 can be a happening place. The main problem for a lot of people is the amount of smoking at the Parx Casino. If you want a smoke free environment then you might want to pass.

Pocos Comedy Club in Doylestown.
Pocos is located in the Court House Motor in at 625 North Main Street. There is a comedy cabaret upstairs. It’s a small venue with at least 3 comedians per night. The cost is about $20 per person plus drinks and popcorn. The club is open Fridays and Saturdays.

The Freight House in Doylestown
The freight house is a restaurant and bar located in what was the freight house at the doylestown station. As of March 2013 they have a Piano player on Wednesdays and Fridays. We stopped in and found it to be a pleasant change from the techno music DJs. For more information, see the Freight House’s Bar Events Page.
Steam in Southampton, Pa
Steam is located in Southampton. It is built over what was the railroad coal bins in the early 1900’s. I’m not saying that the crowd is younger, but after 10 pm half of the bicylces in the lot have training wheels. They had a band called Spinz that was playing a great selection of 70’s music. Other than a few of the staff, most of the people had no idea what th music was. The crowd was friendly. While very few people were dancing to the Spinz, they did start when the disc jockey started playing a more modern mix. There are some great drink specials such as the $4 Margaritas on the night we visited.
