Our phone that was on copper with MCI went dead on July 24th. We thought it would be a good idea to move that to our existing Verizon Fios coming into the house… WHAT A STOOOPID idea. I am now speaking with the 21st verizon agent and have spent about 20 hours LITERALLY on the phone. (Plus time waiting for callbacks and repair guys that never happened)Anyway, my question is, is anyone else having these types of problems.
