There are about a dozen small tables and a fully stocked bar. The decor leans toward mediterranean. We visited Il Melgrano on Christmas Eve. That night was by reservation only. With the popularity of the place, reservations are a good idea. I opted for one of the specials which was lobster and ravioli in a cream sauce. It was excellent. For dessert, I opted for the Tartufo with an espresso topping. Dinner proved to be a very pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.
