We have been meaning to try Slate Bleu in Doylestown for a while now. The other night we had a chance to drop in.The restaurant is located in the Doylestown Agricultural Center. There is a decent amount of parking in the area depending on the time of day.We only stopped in for desert at about 9pm on a weekday. The restaurant was pretty much empty at that time. We ordered the Chocolate Mousse and I ordered a cappucino. The service was great, the desserts excellent and the coffee great. The desserts were about $8 each and the cappucino was $8.We found that they have $12 three course luncheon specials which gives us a great reason to return.
In summary, it’s a nice French restaurant with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere.
