| Tyler State Park provides numerous opportunities to enjoy the outdoors including Hiking, Cross Country Skiing, fishing, disc golf, boating, ice skating, ice fishing, sledding, tobogganing, picnicking, a maze for kids, bicycling, horseback riding, wildlife observation, camping and more. If you go, be sure to grab a map. There were porta potties near the center of the park along with water fountains. The main trails are paved, however some of the trails are fairly steep. If you plan to walk the non paved trails be sure to wear good boots. The equestrian trails are quite muddy in warm weather. |
